IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN MALAYSIA
Response Wear supplies non-ballistic stab-resistant protective vests designed to provide protection against knives and other edged-weapon threats. These products are not designed or certified for ballistic or firearm protection.
Customers purchasing products for delivery to Malaysia are responsible for confirming that they are legally permitted to purchase, import, possess and use the products ordered.

Before placing an order, purchasers must determine whether any Malaysian import permit, licence, approval, customs authorisation or other requirement applies to the products being purchased and obtain any required approvals.

Response Wear does not provide Malaysian legal or customs advice and cannot guarantee that Malaysian Customs or any other Malaysian authority will permit the importation of a particular product.

The purchaser is responsible for providing Malaysian Customs, freight carriers or other authorities with any information, documentation, permits or approvals required for importation and clearance.

The purchaser is also responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, permit fees, customs clearance charges, storage charges, return freight or other costs associated with importing the goods into Malaysia.

By placing an order for delivery to Malaysia, the purchaser confirms that they have made the necessary enquiries and obtained any permits, licences or approvals required for the purchase, importation, possession and use of the products ordered.

Response Wear is not responsible for goods that are delayed, detained, refused entry, seized or returned because the purchaser has failed to satisfy Malaysian import requirements or obtain required approvals.

Subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded, a refund will not be provided solely because the purchaser failed to obtain a required import permit, licence, approval or customs clearance, or is otherwise unable to legally import or possess the products purchased.

Malaysian laws, product classifications and import requirements may change. Purchasers should confirm current requirements with the appropriate Malaysian authorities before ordering.
